2025 Weddings: $11,740 + Tax
Available Sunday-Thursday
30 people included | Can add additional people for an additional cost per person
8 hours of rental time (4 hours setup and 5 hours Ceremony and Reception and Move out)

Use of 2 holding suites and exterior bathrooms during rental time
Use of Patio during rental time (includes outside furniture and 2 patio heaters if it is cold and requested)

Plan B inside Air Conditioned space if weather turns foul
